Connect Festival Sponsorship

& Booth Registration

Thousands are expected to gather at our Connect Festival! 
The festival is a great way to share about your company or organization.  Booth space is limited so register for your space today!

Booth Registration Process:  Fill out the registration form below.  If approved, you will be emailed an invoice if paying by check or a link if paying by credit card.  Payment is required within fourteen (14) days of approval.  For more information download the Sponsorship Packet below or email

Booth Information:  Booth space will be outdoors on grass and are 10' by 10' (contact us for larger space).  We recommend bringing a pop-up style canopy tent to cover your space or renting one from the festival.  Canopy tents are not to exceed 10'x10' and must be anchored down.  As festival does go into the evening hours, we recommend bringing lighting (Christmas/rope lights or clamp work light) to illuminate your booth space/tent or renting lights from the festival.  If electricity is needed (including for lighting) it can be added to your booth space.  If electricity is requested your booth will be placed near an electrical outlet (within 20'), but we recommend bringing an extension cord to bring it into your booth.  Tables may be rented from the festival or you may bring your own.  Chairs are not provided so we recommend bringing a folding camp-style chair with you.  If you have any additional questions please contact Brian Sawyer at before completely this form.
